5-Amino-1mq Anyone?

I went up to 140 mg a day about half the week and so far so good. I think it helps with workout energy! But I need a cheaper brand because I only got pills. I'm not sure about weight loss but after 2 months I have better muscle tone. I also went slow: 20, 60, 120, 140 mg
 
I saw this somewhere...5-Amino-1MQ is pretty new, so we don't know a lot. It might help you lose weight, reduce fat, and lower bad cholesterol, but this was only in obese mice. It may also help muscles, again, in mice. Human safety not proven. A common dose is 40-140mg twice a day but not too late, or it'll mess with sleep. Injectable, who knows? Some say 140 mcg daily, others say MUCH higher. If you try it, it's an experiment.
 
I agree with Vegas_Slim. It's all experimental. I'd rather try something with more human data available. Has anyone looked into lactoferrin for overall health? I read that it has some interesting antiviral properties.

I've used lactoferrin before, but mainly for gut health. I didn't really notice any antiviral effects, but I wasn't exactly looking for them. Maybe I'll give it another shot.
 
Speaking of experimenting... I ran a cycle of Melanotan II not too long ago. I'm fairly pale naturally. I injected 90mcg every day for the first 5 days, then bumped it up to 140mcg for the next 6. I hit a tanning bed around day 4 for like 18 minutes with a bronzer... got a sunburn I wasn't expecting. But after I recovered, I got seriously tan from just one session. Still have a decent tan, but I haven't tried to maintain it.
 
Found Reta from one source that burns like crazy when I pin. Hurts right when pushing the plunger and a few seconds after. Tried different sites, temps, angles - nothing changes it. Switched to Hospira BAC and stinging stopped.
