Scale numbers aren't everything! My journey hasn't been smooth sailing. Some weeks I lost a lot, some weeks gained. I'm no expert, but here's my tip: Just keep pushing forward. This didn't happen overnight, and fixing it won't either. Still got a ways to go! Taking it one day at a time, no need for perfection. And take those progress pics! The first pic was my "enough is enough" moment. Been overweight most of my life, but seeing it like that was a wake-up call. Took another pic recently and finally saw real progress, not just numbers. Thanks for the awesome community and all the advice! Wishing everyone success! (Happy to answer any questions about my experience. Currently on 2mg weekly)
