5 Months In - Feeling Great!

This past June, on my 52nd, I felt terrible. Way too heavy at 150, and just blah. Aiming for 125, and today I'm almost there at 127! Finally feeling good again!

So inspiring! Menopause is kicking my butt too. Started a week ago, and the sugar cravings have vanished!

I'm similar to your before picture and just started yesterday. Did you notice a change in bust size? I'm so over having large breasts 😭

Only 5 months?!?!?! You look like you were way heavier than 150lbs. Now you look closer to 100! Beautiful both ways, but I hope you're healthier and feeling all around better! Keep going! 😇👍✅

You look great! Can you share what you are using? I'm on month 3 and haven't lost any weight in two months. I'm also post-menopausal, so I'm interested in what helps others like me.

Wow, similar story! Turned 51 and gained like 30lbs in a year. Blamed Covid at first, but it was menopause. By 2021, I was up to 170. Started Semaglutide and was down to 140 by March 2022. Slow loss, but anything over .40 made me nauseous. Kept it off for 2+ years, now my hormones are crashing. Back to 170 😢. Thinking of restarting. Did you lose gradually? What was your dosing? The first few weeks with nausea suck.

Five months is a huge accomplishment, you can see the effort you've made. Would you mind if I shared this on the community? It's a community for before and after photos and updates to keep each other going. If you'd rather share it yourself, that's fine!

Yes, unfortunately I did go down a cup size. It's a common side effect from what I've read.

I'm getting the 'wasting away' comments now too. It's like they only knew me heavy, and now they're shocked. I'm just at a healthier weight!
