You're looking fantastic and more importantly feeling fantastic. Those shifts in how you move, the pain relief, and your whole attitude toward eating-that's gold.
Built slow at 0.25 for three months, year later I'm at 0.75 by pen clicks. Weight loss was slower than others' but helped my skin and overall health. If you don't need big loss, slow and steady's best. Felt like nothing sometimes, hormone spikes derailed me, but looking back: 30lbs in a year.
started 230 lbs, went 2mg then 4, 8, 10 for a bit (vials were 20/30mg so easier), then 12mg a month. dropped 20 lbs in month 1 with strict diet and exercise. slowed at week 6 but i was lifting so figured it was muscle trade-off. stopped weighing.
haven't bought clothes in years - kind of sad. hoping after this weight loss I'll try styles I never wore before. at least I kept my oversized stuff because I need it while we're dealing with actual freezing weather.
The last 2kg window is where the rate slows even when the approach is sound - the dose-response flattens near goal weight because there's less to mobilize. That range just takes longer than the earlier drops, which is not the same as stalling.
