You've ALWAYS been a fabulous person, it's just that now you're radiating your true self. Just remember to nurture your mental health as much as your physical well-being, and ditch anyone who brings you down.
I don't know you, but I'm truly proud. I'm proud of everyone out there doing this for themselves.
 
Impressive. But seriously, what's going on with your arms in the before pic? Some kind of wild spa treatment?
 
Losing fifty kilos is a huge accomplishment, you can see the transformation right away, the before and after pics really tell the story. Would you mind if I shared this on the community? It's a sub for GLP1 progress pics and updates, and progress like yours is truly inspiring. You could also post it yourself, if you prefer.
 
For those just starting out and maybe not seeing results right away, don't get discouraged. I've been on Mounjaro for about 7 months and just got down to 181 lbs from 195. Sometimes it takes a while. Like others said, seeing old photos is what *really* motivates me.
 
Seeing your pictures makes me feel so motivated. I've dropped about 65 pounds in the last year and a half, and need to lose like 25 more to look as good as you do! This is really encouraging!
