50lbs down - slow and steady!

That's awesome! We're basically the same. Steady loss here too aiming for 160. Been on this since March and at 209 now. Hope I get those kinds of gains by the year mark like you did - seriously great work.

He's moving forward nicely. Remind him this takes time - fast loss doesn't stick like steady does. Fatigue might be the meds but could be his body adjusting. Staying consistent beats sprinting.

loose skin after fast weight loss is rough, especially as you get older. collagen creams and retinol help a little temporarily but the skin can take 6 months to firm up, maybe never fully bounces back. that's just the reality without surgery.

Cartalax availability is limited outside European research circles, which is part of why feedback is thin. The slow-acting characterization is accurate - the results window for peptides in that class is measured in months, not weeks.

58 lbs in 21 months with almost no loose skin - taking the time actually produced a better physical result, not just a slower one. That's the part of the slow-and-steady story that doesn't get told enough. What dose are you sitting at now?

Losing the majority on 0.50mg and then plateauing is a useful data point for the OP hitting 50 lbs at what's probably a higher dose. 10.5 months and 50 lbs is real progress and the Onderland milestone is the number people talk about for good reason. How long did the plateau last and did going up finally break it?
