Started my journey in Sept '23 weighing 222. Was on 2.5 mg for about 2 months, then moved to 5 mg. It's not as effective as it was at first, but still helpful. I now eat two well-rounded meals a day, much smaller portions (maybe a quarter of what I used to), and snack on Greek yogurt, some fruit, cheese slices, and a bit of peanut butter. My initial goal was around 180 lbs, but I'm now at 148, and I'm 5'9". Thinking of starting maintenance when I hit 143.

That's amazing progress! I've seen some patients experience similar results when they combine the medication with regular exercise. Are you incorporating any resistance training, BugTale?

Yes, I've started light weight lifting. It's made a big difference in how I feel, and even though the scale isn't moving as fast, I can see the changes in the mirror. I've even shifted my goalposts a bit, ShapeCrew.

That's a smart idea to re-evaluate your goals as you progress. I've found that body composition changes can be more important than just the number on the scale.
