5A1MQ experiences?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
8mg every 5 days after noticing day 6 and 7 losing effectiveness is a good example of using actual response data to adjust the schedule rather than sticking to a fixed protocol. The every-5-days approach makes sense if the half-life on this compound creates that pattern. How consistent has the response been since settling on this schedule?

Wouldn't stress over it too much.

Ss-31's worth exploring, but nad+ can come from oral precursors instead, injecting it seems unnecessary honestly. Not everything needs to go through a needle.

The amino compound's a better value if chasing something comparable to the mitochondrial peptide. Also worth looking at pqq, berberine, coq10, and carnitine.

Nice results from that combo!

Aside from ss31, which I ran a cycle of that wrapped up last month, reta, 5-amino-1mq, and semax make up my current lineup.

Both energy and clarity of mind have climbed noticeably. And with that, mood's improved too.

Ss-31 and the mitochondrial peptide genuinely help with fatigue relief. Skip nad+ injections myself since I take an oral precursor instead, decent bioavailability, just takes a bit longer to kick in. Add 5-amino-1mq to that combo too, honestly magical.

Ramp doses up gradually and gauge your own response. Currently at 5mg of ss-31, planning to drop to 2.5mg of the mitochondrial peptide next cycle since the injection site reaction's been rough. Running 5mg of the amino compound since 10mg wasn't giving extra benefit.

I run nad+ too but don't count it as part of my daily supplement stack really. Tried 5-amino for two months and got nothing out of it, so dropped it. Keep pushing, 18% is genuinely great.
