6-month progress report!

Alright, so it's been half a year since I started on 0.25mg of Wegovy. Time for a check-in! I was probably around 335 lbs when I started, but I was avoiding the scale. Let's just say I was 335. Anyway, I'm down to 290 now. That's about 45 lbs in 6 months. I'll take it! Maybe a quarter of my total goal. I've been going slow on the dose increases too. Here's my dose history, from what I remember:

May - 0.25mg Wegovy weekly
June - 0.5mg Wegovy weekly
July - 0.5mg grey market sema weekly
August - 1mg grey market sema weekly
Sept. - 1mg sema, 1mg Reta weekly
Oct. - 1.5mg sema, 2mg Reta weekly
Nov. (plan) - 1.5mg sema, 3mg Reta weekly (maybe 2mg sema, still thinking)

How do I feel? Pretty good, actually. Minimal side effects so far. My old pants are too big now. Clothes that didn't fit before now do. Getting in and out of the tub is easier. Stairs are easier. My back feels better, and my knees hurt less (thanks to KLOW and the weight loss). Thinking about joining a gym, maybe one with a pool. Too bad the pool gym isn't covered by my insurance. Oh well.

Here's hoping for another 45 lbs (or more!) in the next 6 months! Thanks everyone on another forum for all the help and support.

The improved mobility and reduced pain are the most important benefits. The rest is secondary. Thanks for sharing your experience and dosing info.

Fantastic!!!! Congratulations.

Thanks for sharing your protocol. I'm considering switching things up. Your post helped a lot.

I'm excited for you.

It's not really discipline, I just don't want awful side effects.

The real challenge is resisting the urge to buy every peptide under the sun. I read about something and I'm like, "I could totally get a kit for that! It's not that expensive." THAT'S the hard part.

Congrats on the great work!
We're on similar journeys, but you're ahead of me. I started in May too, stayed at lower doses for months, and just upped them last month. I've shed almost 30 pounds. And like you, I'm rediscovering clothes in my closet that fit again!!

Fantastic progress! Keep going!

My advice: Don't buy more peptides until you have a huge stockpile. They'll still be there when you want to buy more. Save your cash for all the new clothes you'll need!
