7.5mg Tirz is a BEAST!

Just popped my first 7.5mg shot of Tirz after two months. Seriously, zero appetite. It's a struggle to even get down a small meal, like I'm talking under 400 calories and it takes forever.

Maybe dial it back a bit? You could always try going down a little bit if it's too much.

Do you like protein drinks? Maybe the whey ones would be easier on your stomach than the milkier ones.

Funny enough, 5mg gave me the worst issues. I was nervous about upping the dose when 5mg stopped working. But 7.5mg to 15mg was way smoother. Now I'm back at 7.5mg with a tiny bit of another med added.

7.5mg was rough for me too. Major appetite suppression and some nausea, plus other stuff. Reducing the dose is a good call. Also, if a lower dose is working, stick with it, no need to keep going up if you're still seeing results and not having cravings.

I hear you @BugTracker! I had a similar experience with the side effects. The first couple of weeks were awful, almost made me quit. But by week three things evened out. So glad I stuck with it!

7.5mg hit me hard too. I went down to 6.5mg after a week, and that's been my sweet spot since last fall.

Hey @Scale_Jail_Inmate I am thinking of splitting my dose into two injections per week so there is less of a “peak” effect. What do you think?

Just a reminder, normal blood sugar levels can feel really strange at first as your body adapts. Of course, check with your doctor to rule out any other issues.

7.5 mg is getting serious. Liver and pancreas are usually pretty resilient with GLP-1 dosing, but your skepticism about organ strain is reasonable.

I dropped seventy over seven and a half months on Tirz, stayed under five per week and now I'm at two every five days. Weight keeps dropping at half a pound weekly at this dose. Working out hard and doing TRT at the same time.

Took daily melatonin before starting tirz due to suspected delayed sleep phase with ADHD, just kept it up. Still on 2.5mg though so maybe it'll stop working eventually.
