6 lbs on Ozempic over 6 months and then 22 in 4 months on Mounjaro is the dual-mechanism story in numbers. some people just don't respond to sema the same way and the GIP angle changes the whole picture. ya know what, 62F at 189 toward 35-40 down is a perfectly reasonable goal and 22 already is more than halfway there.
