7 months on Sema and feeling great!

Oz and Wegovy are both semaglutide. Wegovy's for weight loss only, not diabetics. strengths might differ but unless your dose goes up I don't see how switching changes anything. if you're stalled and can afford it, Zepbound or Mounjaro use tirzepatide which studies show better weight loss.

I was on sema for about 7 months before costs got ridiculous, but I kept the diet and lifestyle going. Been 15 months since my peak weight now. All these shirts are basically a year apart and the difference is wild. I'm down from 280 to 209 and just feel amazing in my own body. Got my life back and I'm aiming for 199.
