7 months on Sema and feeling great!

That's fantastic news! I'm thrilled for you!

This might be a bit too personal, so feel free to ignore it if you're not comfortable, but I think we have similar body types. Are you noticing any loose skin?

Okay, wow, milestones. I've been on 1mg for what seems like ages now. Switched up injection sites and it's helped a lot, steady progress. Down 50, feeling amazing. Finally got serious about healthy eating and moving more. Pretty stoked.

50 pounds is HUGE! How long did that take you, @ThinLizzie82? I just started and am trying to get a sense of what to expect.

Love how full semaglutide makes you feel. wasn't seeing results with just tirzepatide solo or mixed, so bumped tirzepatide to 12.5 - that seems to be clicking. might add sema back in eventually but for now the higher dose is working. happy you found your combo

I'd been on sema for over a year without any trouble when suddenly the cramps hit hard and I got these nasty sulfur burps. Lasted about two weeks and I was pretty worried. My friend suggested I try Metamucil and honestly it worked. Looking back I think I'd been going overboard with sushi all week, and somehow the fiber in Metamucil sorted the whole thing out.
