Sorry if this is too personal, but do you have lipedema? I'm 5 months in, started around 250, now I'm 207, but not losing much from my thighs.

Thanks and yes calories stayed 1700-2000 daily over 7 months. Got a 12.5 monjaro script but terrified to take it. The glucose drop scares me - don't want it going low especially when sleeping. Hope someone shares their story or some comfort.

My tailbone's been acting up since starting semaglutide five months ago. Haven't lost much weight so I wasn't sure how that connected, but I remember taking a fall on it decades back when I was a kid. Interested to hear if others are running into this.

255 to 192 in 7 months is a strong result. The approach of updating as things progress gives a real-time read rather than just the final number. 7 months in is usually when the dose has had time to stabilize and you get a clear sense of the monthly rate.

145 to 198 at 5'7 and nothing working before the medication is the starting context the OP's 255 to 192 is set against. The 7-month story is the result of the same thing - a body that wasn't responding to conventional approaches finally responding to the mechanism it needed. How far along are you now compared to that 198 starting point?
