7 months on the shot!

Kinda shy posting this cuz of the extra flab, but I think it really shows the progress I've made over the last 7 months. I'm down 65 pounds since starting the injections and a total of 90 pounds from my highest weight ever (didn't check for a few years there, lol). Still more to go!

GIRL, your waist looks great! The loose skin is just a victory mark. It's proof of your dedication and how much healthier you've become. So much less visceral fat around your middle... that's the kind that harms your organs (you do need a little, but not a lot!). Keep up the amazing work!

I just started the shots yesterday! What dose did you begin with, True_Beer543?

I started super low... like .25mg. Then slowly increased. Don't rush it! Some people get side effects if they go up too fast.

I'm curious to know, True_Beer543. Have you also been incorporating exercise into your routine, or is this purely from the medication?

Good question! Honestly, not as much as I should. I try to walk more, but nothing intense. The med has done most of the work.
