87 Weeks Down! 🎉

Hit goal weight at 65kg after losing 40kg in 1.5 years and I'm the happiest in my own skin ever. Now switching to maintenance which is scary—don't wanna gain it back. How do you step down? Stretch the 7 days or stay weekly but use fewer clicks? Cold turkey's definitely out.

know i'll have loose skin in my belly since that's where i carry most weight. close to goal but apron belly is huge. figure at my final weight i might need surgery on it.

The research phase before testing is the part most people underestimate. There's a lot to sort through and the community data is where it usually starts making sense.

Really impressive! I'm sitting at 8lbs to go myself and been planning the maintenance piece. Running Tirz 5mg right now, so I'm figuring maybe drop to 3 for a bit, then scale down from there until hunger kicks back in. Then dial back up to whatever dose keeps me balanced.

87 weeks and 133 lbs is the kind of sustained commitment that doesn't happen by accident - the recovery from shoulder surgery mid-journey and still holding course is what distinguishes the result. Two more lbs to goal after all of that is basically already there.

87 weeks and 133 pounds off with 7 prescriptions dropped - that's the full measure of what the drug can do.
