9 months on GLP-1 - my journey!

I can't believe how far I've come since June! I just looked back at a pic from January. I've actually lost another 15ish pounds since then. It's been an amazing 9 months. The highest dose I reached was 2mg, but now I'm doing great at 1.5mg. I totally crushed two of my goals. I started at 220 pounds, and I'm only 5'0". Getting diagnosed with PCOS last spring made everything click. I’d tried EVERYTHING to slim down. I hit my first goal of 200 pounds after about 3 months. Then, by month 6, I passed my next goal of 175. As of today, I'm at 161 pounds! My ultimate goal is 135 pounds. It's a big challenge, especially when you're petite like me. I really want to be my healthiest self for my little girl. Here are some progress pics to keep me moving forward! Ask me anything!

It's really good especially if you have PCOS. I have it too and I never got why I had to be forced to eat and struggle to lose. We should start a discord for people with PCOS on these meds. Others just don't get it.

its helping me to keep going!
That's the best thing! Using your own progress for inspo. Also, for anyone who's lost a substantial amt of weight, remember that every pound you shed takes about 4 pounds of pressure off your knees. You're doing your joints a HUGE favor!

Thanks everyone!! It means a lot to have your support! I was feeling a little down today, but all your comments have really cheered me up. I know I can reach my goal!
