Hello everyone! It's been a little over a year, about 14 months. I've mostly been maintaining on 1mg. Changed my eating habits and doing some light workouts, nothing too intense.

Feel free to ask if you have questions!

Have a good one!

Swapping those sodas for sparkling water I bet! 😉

You look amazing! That shirt is gonna be huge on you soon! Great job!

Incredible transformation! I don't see many posts from men here. I hope you don't mind me asking, but aside from nausea, have you had other side effects? What did you say to your doctor to get a prescription for Oz?

Did you notice a bigger change when you reached the 1mg dose? I'm on my final .25 dose before my next increase. I'm down about 25 pounds, but most of it was after I was diagnosed with Diabetes a year ago and started metformin. Great job!

I just told my doc I was struggling with my weight and diet and exercise weren't cutting it. We discussed my options, and this seemed like the best fit. Remember to be honest about side effects!

Yessss! Congrats! One of the best NSVs (non-scale victories) is being able to wrap a towel around you! I remember being so excited when I could finally do that again.

I'm shooting for just 'overweight' at this point. Seeing people celebrate getting out of the obese range is inspiring!

So true! It's the little things. I remember when I could finally cross my legs comfortably. That was a huge win for me!
