A year later, down 100+ pounds!

Amazing, OP! I can't even picture that. I've only dropped 15ish pounds and shrunk my waist by 6 inches over the last year and two months.

How did you do it?! I've been taking Mounjaro for 5 months and then Zepbound for 6 months, and I've only lost around 35 pounds. Why is this medication so amazing for some but I'm losing so slowly? My last dose of 10mg was yesterday. Next week I start 12.5mg. I've been at the same weight for about a month now.

Can you tell me the losses you had at each month?

That's a huge accomplishment. I hope you are feeling great. Can you explain more about eating every other day? I try to follow a low-carb diet due to Hashimoto's & underactive thyroid. I am also interested in trying to help with the losses. Again, great job!

To those who are losing slowly, remember that slow and steady wins the race. Less sagging skin and potentially fewer side effects are huge benefits!

It's amazing how much progress pics can help! I started sema around October at 190lbs. I lacked motivation, was in pain from my arthritis, and had little energy. I gradually started walking, then strength training in November, and yoga in January. I track calories and focus on protein and fiber.
