A year on GLP-1s!

It's been a year since I started my GLP-1 journey, and wow, what a year! I crawled out of a really bad breakup and dealt with the pain of losing my mom. During that time, I gained about 90 pounds. My heaviest was 267, and my starting weight when I started the shots was 259. Now I'm at 179, and my goal is 150. I'm so proud that I invested in myself and didn't give up. It wasn't simple; people think you just take the meds and suddenly you're good. Not true! I exercised, changed my diet, and, most importantly, changed my thinking. I'm not at my ideal weight yet, but I'm focusing on getting toned rather than losing more weight. Cheers to a year!

Honestly, it's all about consistency. I try to walk for at least 30 minutes most days and aim for a high-protein diet. Don't deprive yourself, but make smart choices!
