After-Sales Guarantee: We offer free reshipment or a refund in the following situations:
a. Package detained by customs (applies to goods shipped from our Chinese warehouse; reshipment will be prioritized, and a refund will be issued if the package is detained again).
b. Purity below 98% (except for HGH series).
c. Actual content below 90% (a small amount of loss is unavoidable during freeze-drying, and this is extremely rare).
d. Goods damaged during transit. Note: This after-sales policy does not apply if the customer specifies a courier company.
