ACE-167 + FOXO4 + Kisspeptin + Testagen stack?

Anyone ever tried this little combo I thought up? Seems like it might have some merit for optimizing natural T production.

My thinking is:
* FOXO4 removes the old Leydig cells
* Testagen encourages Leydig cell protein synthesis
* ACE helps Leydig cell function
* Kisspeptin boots LH and FSH, further boosting T.

Does that order make sense? Clear out the old, boost the new, then push LH and FSH. Thanks to whoever mentioned Testagen and Kisspeptin in my DMs. I'm just curious about this. I'm at the age where a lot of men consider TRT, but I am not having symptoms of low T (other than a bit of extra weight) so I've been holding off. I'm not looking at HCG or anything too crazy. Just trying to figure out how to optimize 'natural' production before going the hormone route.

I've looked into kisspeptin to raise T. From what I know, it only works if you inject it many times a day or get an IV. It can raise LH and FSH for a short time though.

Make sure you know if you have primary or secondary hypogonadism before you start. Peptides won't fix primary hypogonadism.

I'm using enclomiphene now with good results. Good luck!

So you'd rather use multiple peptides that haven't been tested much on humans instead of something proven like HCG? And HCG is cheaper too. Why?

Like Bobby_97 said, enclomiphene could be better.

But get your T levels checked first to see if you even need to change anything.

I'd skip that stack Uri. Try boron, black maca, tongkat Ali, shilajit, and high doses of vitamin d with k, and ashwagandha.

Those can help some people if you want a 'natural/herbal' approach.

But if you want guaranteed results, test or enclomiphene are the only way. I wouldn't use clomiphene because of the zuclomiphene, which can cause eye floaters for some. Don't worry about HCG unless you want to have kids.

Hope that helps!

I just ended a similar stack using Kisspeptin every morning and Tesamorelin every evening for about a month and a half. Before that, I did ipamorelin /BPC157 for about two months. Before the ipa/bp stack, my blood work from LabCorp showed total T at 500 (normal) and free T at 4 (LOW! under 7.2 is low). After 2 months on ipa/bp, total T went from 500 to 660 and free T went from 4 to almost 8, putting them in the normal range. Also tested SexHormoneBindingGlobin (SHBG) and it was at the upper end of normal at 72. I then switched to Tesamorelin and Kisspeptin. Because of the high SHBG, I also added a DIM supplement. My 6 weeks just ended and I'm getting blood work done again this week. I'm hoping my free and total T will be higher. I don't think the BPC did much for the T increase. I was using that for a torn meniscus, but I think the GHRP really helped. Hopefully the GHRH and KISS helped even more. I've also been using red light daily in an IR sauna so maybe that helped? Next, I'll do a 6-8 week cycle of testagen. I also want to add prostamax and some finesteride because I'm starting to see signs of prostatic hypertrophy. I'm worried the finesteride will undo the good work, but that's why we call it research.

I'm skeptical about the 'nootropic peptides' from Russia. Their studies seem like advertising, and many users say they don't work. They're probably a waste of money.

Thanks for sharing your experience no-more-snacks! I'm curious about the BPC-157 for healing. Did you notice a difference with your meniscus tear?

Honest truth ... I think it helped. The meniscus tear was minor and annoying. I was weightlifting and felt a "pop" so I know I did something. I couldn't fully extend my leg without pain, squatting was out of the question and stairs where annoying. After about 2 weeks and the BPC157, I was back to squatting and leg extensions (not heavy) and after 6-8 weeks I forgot I even had a "tear". That being said I have no imaging to prove anything. I do a lot of peptides and supplements and I'll just say I did feel like I recovered faster than usual. I'll prob continue to take it as I continue to push myself.

Thanks for all the replies, everyone! I appreciate the insights.

RetaGo633 I've tried some of those natural supplements before with limited results, which is why I was exploring peptides. Maybe I'll just get my T levels checked first like [FreshCake480] suggested and see where I'm at.

I used to start thinking about dinner before I finished breakfast, or imagining ice cream while eating my actual meal. This med really quieted that down a lot.

I was scared too. Eight months in now, 65 pounds gone, basically zero rough side effects. Only got sick a few times and traced it back to eating garbage or way too much. Stuck with mostly plant-based and smaller plates. You'll figure out what clicks for you. You got this.

As a binge eater, this med killed the urge instantly. I'd hide food and eat huge amounts when nobody was around, constantly planning how to sneak more in. That ruled my life. Now I don't have the cravings and my portions are half what they used to be. Life-changing.

Your diet sounds balanced but maybe bump protein. 100g daily is light depending on your goal. For over 50, they want 1.6+/kg. Try legumes or protein-rich veggies on the side. Women often add oral or topical minoxidil for hair loss; men do finasteride or minoxidil too.

Got on GLP1 partly to treat my drinking. Did Naltrexone, Campral, but GLP1s worked best. First time drinking after starting I almost always threw up after a couple shots. Life-changing and hoping it gets FDA blessing for addiction soon.

nine doses in and no throw up. switched to heavy protein and veggies, cut refined carbs. only got nauseous when i had too much fried or carb stuff. eggs salmon beef greens are my go-to.

same here — still love food, just way easier to stop eating it. early on, alcohol was way less appealing but I got over that. some foods are killers at any portion size but occasional slip-ups are just occasional.
