Almost a year down!

Just about at my one year mark. Still got a journey ahead, but I've dropped 180 pounds so far. Honestly, its been the most fulfilling year because I finally feel like I'm actually living life instead of just going through the motions.

Really appreciate this community and all the support it offers to folks dealing with similar challenges.

My next target is 215, so I'm getting there. That'll be about a 50% reduction from my starting weight. I don't think that's my forever weight, but it's the next milestone.

While it's not *all* thanks to the medication, I consider it a super helpful tool that has supported the big lifestyle changes that I'm making to get healthier. I feel so much better these days.

I hope this helps encourage someone just starting out who feels like there's no way they'll ever reach their goals. Give it your best shot and commit fully. I'm not even at my final goal yet, and I already feel amazing. Have a good one!

Whoa, it's obvious!! 🤩 That's a huge difference and you should feel great!! Although I can't see your face clearly, I can tell you're looking slimmer!! 👀 It must feel amazing as your body gets smaller!! 🫠 You're almost at the finish line! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

A real turning point is coming soon! Half the person you used to be! That's such an incredible gift! Such an inspiration!

That's amazing!

I'm just getting started, and it's a bit scary because I see this as my last chance. I've tried so many things before without lasting success.

I started in February around 385, and after a month on Mounjaro, I'm down to 349.

I'd like to get to 220, which I think would be a good weight for my frame.

I really want to thank you and others like you for giving me the confidence to keep going and try Mounjaro. 🙌

What an incredible achievement, 180 pounds! It's definitely life-changing! Congratulations on taking charge of your health and doing what's needed to improve your life. 👍🏼

That's a question I'm starting to think about more seriously. I'm hoping that with continued exercise, some of it will tighten up naturally. But surgery is definitely on the table if needed.

I definitely made some big changes to my diet, Core_Loss. Smaller portions, more protein, less processed foods. The meds helped me feel full faster and made it easier to say no to junk food, but I still had to put in the work. It's a team effort!
