Almost a Year on Mounjaro!

I have a similar build to you, so it's great to see what's possible. I just started a month ago, so you're giving me something to look forward to! :D
 
Did you have to make a conscious effort to eat enough to prevent muscle loss? I'm a bit worried about losing muscle mass. So far, my strength training hasn't suffered any decline, but I'm only on 2.5mg and about to increase to 5mg.

That's a really good question, In_The_Making. I'm wondering the same thing. I'm trying to increase my protein intake to help.
 
Thanks everyone! I appreciate the kind words. For those asking about workouts, I try to do some 15-minute dumbbell exercises most days. Found some free videos online, nothing fancy. Just trying to keep moving.
