Almost at my goal! 🎉

I weighed in at 176lbs this morning! It's crazy, I've been hovering around 178-185 for what feels like forever. Only like, 17 more pounds until I hit my final goal weight... I can't even believe it! I was looking through old pictures from a few years ago... I barely recognize myself. It's kind of sad, honestly.

It's wild to think about how much life changes after a big transformation. I bet some people you used to know don't even recognize you. Then there's the practical stuff, like updating your ID and driver's license, and having to retake passport pictures. It's like living a totally different life. Must be a lot to process mentally as well. Wishing you the best!

How tall are you? I'm about 176lbs and 5'10", and I was shooting for 165, but I am starting to wonder if that's even necessary.

Only being 17lbs from your goal is such a great milestone. Posts like this really motivate me to stick with it, because sometimes the journey feels endless. If you wanted to share this over on the community, I think it could really inspire people. Or you can post it yourself of course!

Congratulations! The before and after pics are still the same person, but that former person reminds me to keep up the good work every day.

I've noticed that sometimes people hesitate to comment on weight loss in case they feel the urge to say "not that you looked bad before." It can be a delicate topic unless you're close to the person.

That's awesome! What dosage are you on right now?

Thanks, I needed to hear that. I'm only down about 3 kilos after the first month, and it's easy to feel discouraged when I read about other people's crazy results. I'm seeing my doctor to increase my dose this week, fingers crossed that helps. Any tips on exercise or movement that have helped you?
