Almost there! Body contouring, here I come!

Totally with you there. Those final pounds can be annoying but they'll come off eventually. You're doing the best thing you can - actually listening to what your body needs and responding to it. That's personal and only you'd understand that.

Haven't dealt with it myself, but I've seen people mention Allodynia in posts here. That could be worth looking into as a starting point. Pretty sure there's a whole discussion thread about it somewhere on the forum. Hope you find some answers.

I've been hitting up Thredup and Poshmark mostly for my new wardrobe. Went to a few stores to test fit different brands, bought a couple pieces to support retail, then ordered a bunch online. Planning to send my old stuff back through a trade-in service to offset some of the cost.

That's exactly where I'm at. I'm choosing to treat my body with respect now. I've accepted that this is a long-term thing for me, like managing any other chronic condition. Staying on the medication is how I keep things stable.

hit my goal weight in april, six months on weekly shots. now i'm scared to stop — heard you can regain half or more. what's the real experience? the fear's pushing me to keep losing but i don't think i need to.

The contouring chapter is the one most people don't anticipate planning for when they start. Good luck with the procedure.

The half-life interaction pattern holds across most formulations - GLP-1s change gastric emptying and absorption timing, which affects extended-release more than immediate-release because the extended-release mechanism depends on a consistent transit rate that the medication disrupts.
