I'm feeling really good about my progress. Started my journey on November 30, 2023. I'm 5'5. Started at 256.4 lbs, and currently weigh 171.4 lbs. My initial goal was 156.4 lbs. Currently taking 10mg. So close!
I focus on lean protein like chicken breast, fish, and Greek yogurt. I also use protein powder in my smoothies. And I try to measure portions. It's all a journey!Jenny17 said:Can you share any tips on what you eat daily to get enough protein? You look great!
