Almost there!

Wow, fantastic job! Your starting stats are similar to mine. I began around 145 and am aiming for 126. I'm at 134 right now. Can you share any helpful tips?

Fantastic results! Can you elaborate on whether you were monitoring food intake (macros), exercising, etc.? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I'm starting around 152 and looking to get down to 134.
