Almost to goal! Feeling good!

Yeah, I fell for that too. More seemed better at the time. Didn't see anyone mentioning reduced efficacy from it. Was getting decent results with minimal side effects besides nausea. Probably shouldn't have done that.

Awesome progress. At 5'7 and down 100 lbs in under a year that's solid work. Loose skin in the arms and thighs is real - a lot of us deal with it as we get closer to goal.

The thing that gets me is forcing yourself up to some arbitrary number. Everyone's body reacts differently, and if you feel good at your current dose, why push higher? I've heard people say keep going until side effects get too rough, but that's not the approach I'd take. Really dial in and notice what your body tells you. Let each dose settle in for a few weeks before deciding what comes next. Around 2 to 2.5 pounds lost per week seems like the sweet spot for staying healthy without burning out. If the weight is dropping and you feel solid, no need to bump up. Think long haul, not quick fix. Listen to yourself.

Body takes time to adjust at each dose bump. Biggest trouble came going from 0.5 to 1.0, got impacted bad. Dulcolax and benefiber gummies helped. Down 68 lbs total and couldn't be happier.

You deserve recognition! Having dealt with serious depression and weight concerns across four decades, the struggle hits hard. That joy of accomplishment when body composition shifts makes the whole journey worthwhile.

Going symptom-free that quickly on Golimumab is a meaningful signal. Simponi has a faster onset profile than some of the older biologics which is part of why the transition feels noticeable. The shift from symptomatic to manageable in the first few weeks is a good indicator the mechanism is right. Glad you're getting some traction - the combination of GLP-1 and inflammation control is one of the more interesting patterns people are reporting.

The goal shift from lifting is the right call - scale weight at higher muscle reads differently. Feeling good and the shape changing is the actual metric.
