Almost to my goal! Down 72 pounds!

That's amazing progress. I'm also getting close to my target, and the folks at my clinic have advised me that it can get tougher near the end. But really, those last few pounds are as much about changing habits as they are about the medication itself. You're almost there!

I'm about three weeks into my medication journey, and the scale hasn't moved much even though I'm tracking calories and staying around 1500 a day. I'm also having a hard time finding the motivation to exercise. Did exercise speed up your weight loss, or did you start exercising right away? I'm feeling pretty sluggish.

It's a good idea to consult with your healthcare provider and get some lab work done. Fatigue and brain fog can sometimes be linked to vitamin deficiencies. I started a B12 supplement when my levels were low.

Don't get discouraged so early! It's only been 3 weeks. Focus on getting your body used to the meds. You can always add exercise later, you don't have to be an Olympic athlete right away, lol.
