Almost to my goal weight!

Great work! I've managed to drop around 65 pounds this past year, but honestly, I'm not seeing a huge difference in the mirror. My clothes fit better, I've gone down a size, but I still feel like I look the same.

I'm down 53lbs in 9 months on sema. It's been a great ride, and I feel much more confident. My goal is to get to a healthy BMI. I agree with @DocInTheBox, sometimes you don't see it but your clothes do!

I'm about 5'3", so every pound counts! I'd love to lose about 35 more. What dose are you on, @Liftxo?

Interesting point, @Liftxo. Clothing changes are definitely noticeable. Perhaps it's a matter of perspective. I'll try to focus more on the objective improvements.

Has anyone experienced any unexpected side effects? I read about someone needing an appendectomy and wondered if GLP-1s could be related. It's probably just anecdotal, but I'm curious.

I've heard of some people having constipation problems, which could maybe lead to something like that? I'm just guessing though.

Good point, @MounjaroDad. Constipation is definitely a common side effect. I've been making sure to drink lots of water and eat plenty of fiber to avoid that.

Down from 210-plus to 145. Feel reborn. Happier in my own skin. Grateful semaglutide solved my PCOS symptoms. How did you mark reaching your goal?

Was considering bumping up at six months after hitting target, but my weight kept fluctuating. Doctor convinced me to hang tight and within two months those swings evened out. My numbers bounce around 6 pounds week to week so I look at the average monthly instead. Are you genuinely hungry or just obsessing over the scale?
