Almost to "Overweight"! 🎉

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Starting at 0.1mg and taking months to reach 0.4mg is the slow titration approach that tends to show you the floor of what works. 15 lbs toward a 20 lb goal at those doses means the medication is doing something meaningful without needing higher doses to get there.

215 to 190 in 6 weeks at 4mg is a strong start. 6 foot 1 with a goal of 165 to 170 gives you a good bit of runway. What does the appetite suppression feel like at 4mg compared to where you started at 1mg?

The mindful eating piece is what actually sticks - smaller portions feeling normal rather than depriving is the difference between this and every previous attempt. The constant snacking just going away without white-knuckling it is what the medication actually does. Halfway to goal in 4 months is solid progress.

215 to 146 on 4mg twice weekly since August is a strong result. Finding the sweet spot dose and staying there is often the smarter move than pushing higher. Almost there with 6 to go at a dose that is clearly still working.

Wow! Congratulations on such a well-earned transformation. This happened because of the effort put in. Genuine pride here, even without knowing you personally. Honestly amazed by everyone here dropping pounds and turning their health around. Truly wonderful.
This medication came into the picture purely to manage diabetes, weight loss was never the target, though a few pounds came off unintentionally along the way and there's active effort now to put some of that back on. But every one of these incredible stories is genuinely inspiring, applause to everyone sharing them.

Hear you completely, sitting at a leaner BMI now and aiming to get even leaner, want lean, not soft. Just started the first dose today. Can't really speak to side effects or results yet.

That's really nice! So glad that's been the sweet spot for you! Appreciate you sharing that! Might be dealing with insulin resistance myself, and eating habits could probably use work too, and maybe body size factors in as well, mind sharing your current weight and height?

Wow, just wow!!!! Such an incredible thing you've achieved, congratulations, and on top of that you're managing your health so much better too. It's amazing. I'm honestly blown away reading everyone's stories here and how much success they've had using this medication for different reasons. These weight loss journeys are just remarkable.
I'm only taking the lowest amount for diabetes, and it unexpectedly caused me to drop 10 pounds within a month. Wasn't even trying to shed weight, and it completely killed my hunger, which is thankfully starting to come back gradually now. Still, it's helped in other ways too. My blood sugar control has been transformed since my readings are now excellent. Getting my newest A1c checked next month and honestly can't wait to see the number.
On top of that, it's eased some of my MS-related symptoms. It's really done incredible things, and at one point I nearly quit because losing my appetite entirely upset me so much. I'm just not someone who needed that particular side effect, but a bunch of people here talked me into sticking with it, promising it would settle down, and they were absolutely right, it did. Not sure yet where things go from

Been at this for a good long while now, down a large share of where I began and the number keeps drifting lower gradually. Wouldn't mind losing a bit more but there's no strict target in mind. Sitting close to a normal BMI range though. Currently on a solid weekly amount.
