Already been mentioned here, but I was also pretty anxious about side effects and about the actual injection itself. Turns out my reaction has stayed pretty mild overall. No nausea, no redness or irritation where I inject, nothing along those lines. There's more burping than usual, though not the sulfur variety people mention, and every now and then a bit of constipation. Honestly nothing that bothers me. Also worth remembering that the entry-level doses are mainly there to acclimate your system and gauge how you respond. Sure, some people react badly, but at that low a starting amount, my guess is most people experience pretty mild effects.
As far as actually administering it, that very first attempt had me pressing it against my skin for a solid couple minutes just building up courage. Comes much easier these days, though a small flicker of hesitation shows up every single time regardless. Can't fully explain why, considering the sharpest sensation I've felt was roughly comparable to a mosquito bite.
Began late in April, and I'm 27 pounds lighter now. Feeling great with plenty more progress ahead. My doctor's still using my very first visit weight as the baseline, which is 8 pounds higher than where I actually started, so every checkup makes it feel like I've accomplished even more.
