Amazing A1C Results!

Just got my latest lab results back after about three months on semaglutide for type 2. My A1C plummeted almost a full point, and my bad cholesterol is now in a healthy range. Incredible! I've struggled with insulin resistance and PCOS since adolescence, so this is a game-changer. Even my doctor was surprised at how quickly things improved. I've also started a keto diet and exercising regularly, so I'm sure that contributed, but still - wow!

Definitely give yourself credit.

I take a small bit of credit in that I’m eating keto and working out where previously, I wasn’t doing either but the result is the combining of the entire strategy all at once.
You put in the effort, so you deserve the results. That's how it's supposed to work!

My A1c dropped from 7.1 to 5.4 in like, seven months. I honestly can't remember the last time I had a normal A1c reading. It's honestly a fantastic medication.

I've been able to ditch all my meds for diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol. It's a real game changer. I'm down a hundred pounds after a little over a year. Only like, 30-ish more to go!

I'm starting my fifth year using Ozempic. I'm loving the success I've had. My A1c was 11.7 to begin with, but now it's at 4.6. All my other numbers look great, too. I never thought I'd be able to say that. I went from 265 to 150.

That's amazing y'all!! I’m 5’6, weighing in at 199 lbs, with an A1C of 6.6, and I’ve been fighting my weight for seven years now. I was always thin until I hit my 30s. I’m starting semaglutide later this month. Thanks so much for sharing your results. It gives me a lot of hope! Good luck to everyone!

Before I started, my A1C was 5.9 and my cholesterol was through the roof. Now my A1C is 4.8 and I'm no longer at risk for needing Lipitor. It just takes time!

I had to stop Ozempic because of a new job and different health insurance. There's a bad downside, and it happens quickly. I didn't know before. I'm gaining the weight back, and fast. I haven't gotten new labs yet, but I've already gotten most of the weight back. I haven't changed what, or how much, I eat either. I lost muscle mass, too. I had great results while using it! Don't stop taking it if you can. I am glad to hear you all are doing so well.

I'm wondering if anyone has had their hormone levels checked while on these meds? I saw some info about how they might affect testosterone. I'm curious if there's any impact on muscle mass, especially since

mentioned that.

Yeah, i saw something somewhere about GLP-1s and testosterone in dudes. Maybe it's something to look into if you're a guy on the medication. I'll see if I can find it again.

Just FYI, I was reading about a long turnaround time for estrogen ultrasensitive lab tests. Apparently, they're more complex and require skilled technicians, so it can take over a week. Just something to keep in mind if you're getting those done!
