Amo L30 batch - good?

I think this order got processed right before they started putting batch info on everything, since the package didn't have any batch details. I finally mixed the stuff (3mL+filtered) and did my RS with 5mg this morning. No issues at the injection site. I'm getting similar effects compared to both compounded and the stuff from the pharmacy. I know there were some conflicting reports around this time, but just wanted to say all seems fine here.

Update: It's been over 48 hours since the shot, and I'm dealing with some serious food cravings and hunger, but the usual side effects are less intense than when I use the 5mg from the pharmacy. Starting to worry about how effective it is. Don't really want to pay to get the batch tested though.

I'm not convinced evaluating a drug based on how you feel is the best way. I remember people complaining that Zepbound (even though it's the *same* drug as Mounjaro) didn't work as well! I'm not saying your feelings aren't real, but I get different results every week even using the same stuff from the same place. I'd need actual test results to know if it's good or bad. It's different than stinging with Ampopure because that's instant.

Thanks for the feedback, everyone. I'm only on week 2 of 5mg, and I went up 1mg a week from 2.5 because the side effects were pretty rough. I know everyone's body is different. Maybe I just need to increase to 6mg next week, then onto 7.5.

I'm on 15mg. No stinging or issues at the injection site. The first batch I got gave me a reaction that no other tirz had before. They replaced it, and the new batch is just as good as any other. Some people won't use them at all because of the stinging issue from a while back. I don't blame them. I think I was just allergic to something in that first batch lol

A few weeks ago, my wife had terrible side effects from real brand Mounjaro. It was the third dose from the *same* pen and dosage as her first two, but she was sick and in bed for a day. I had a similar thing this week with Chinese Tirz – second dose from a vial, felt awful about 12 hours later and barely left bed. No side effects the week before from the same vial. If I hadn't seen the side effects from the legit stuff, I'd be worried about the Chinese stuff. But I think there's some variance in how these drugs affect you week to week. (Probably because of the two glasses of wine I had the night before!)

Hey @Checkup, does anyone know where to source reliable Tadalafil? I'm trying to find something to help with ED and heard good things about it.

I've been using Tadalafil for a while now. Started at 10mg every other day, and it's been working great. The long half-life means you don't need to take it daily to keep a good level in your system. Also, to @Belly-B-Gone, if Tadalafil doesn't give you the, ahem, 'performance' you want, look into Trimix. Stuff's almost guaranteed to work.

To answer @Belly-B-Gone, I'd suggest starting with 10mg of Tadalafil. You could even split that into 5mg twice daily. Adjust up or down from there based on how you feel. And get yourself an oral syringe from any pharmacy to measure the dose accurately.

Two perfect orders so far. The batch tracking could be better, but delivery was fast, packaging solid, and the product's been working great from what I can measure.

I super diluted mine. Had 100mg and mixed it with 10ml, split it into 4 vials with extra mixed in. Don't get a sting at the site and I'm only at 1.5mg. Had a slight sensation after a couple times but nothing painful, just noticeable. Ten days in so far and happy with it.

peak hits between 8-72 hours, most people see it by 48. side effects stronger at peak is normal. first month each injection piles on the concentration. if you stick to the dose it won't rise more. sides should ease as your body adapts.
