AmoPure batch stings! Anyone else?

Ugh, so I finally got my replacement stuff after my initial batch of T10 was awful. First shot with the new stuff was almost painless... but then the next week, using the SAME vial, it stung a lot more. Not unbearable, but still annoying! What do I do? It was a big order, and I'm worried about wasting it. It seems to be working, just the stinging is a drag.
 
I'm in a similar situation. I got T60 at the beginning of September. When I mixed the first vial, I had some stinging for about half an hour afterward. It's worse if I touch or apply pressure to the spot. But honestly, this tirz is more effective than any compounded stuff I've ever taken, even from a legit pharmacy.

I'm not sending mine back either. I gave the leftover compounded meds to my wife, so this is what I have until I switch to Reta or Carg. I'm lucky that the discomfort isn't too bad and it's only once every week. Hopefully, you'll have better luck with the next batch, but it's truly a mixed bag with Amo orders right now.
 
Patti_Real, no, I didn't use a filter. One thing I did notice is that the tirz didn't mix perfectly. Usually, the powder mixes pretty evenly. This time, there was a little bit of clear, gel-like stuff on the side of the vial that took a while to dissolve. It eventually did, but it took longer than usual.
 
Interesting. 🤨 I don’t have any insights to offer other than that is not supposed to happen. I hope the product doesn’t cause you more pain.

started-from-scratch, it could've been. I just haven't seen it before. The solution is perfectly clear after mixing. And the tirz works great, totally kills my appetite. I literally have to set reminders to eat throughout the day.
 
I'm starting to think Amo could rebrand with a scorpion or snake logo and call their stuff Amo Sting! ⚡🐍⚡
 
So, my Amo, both the T30 and R10, caused a prolonged burning sensation after the shot (half an hour or more). I mixed it like 5 minutes before injecting, using bac water. Now, a week later, the injections still sting a little, but the long burning is gone. I'm guessing these peptides take longer to dissolve. Never had these issues with from Skye.
 
How long are you waiting to inject after mixing it? I'm thinking that my short wait time is the reason for my initial problems.
 
My r10 stung again today. Not awful, but definitely there. The last two shots from the same vial didn't sting (or I didn't notice). Just the first one and this last one. First injection was at room temp, the last one was out of the fridge for about an hour.

Stinging caused by tirzepatide shouldn't be a common thing, and that's an inaccurate and unacceptable answer.

Persistent stinging at the injection site is more likely from reconstitution solution that isn't properly pH-balanced. That's often the case with bac water from overseas, and sadly, from some domestic retailers too. Brand name 'Bacteriostatic Water for Injection (USP)' is the best bet because it's carefully prepared and closely monitored.

Brief stinging during injection can be caused by a cold solution, excessive alcohol on the skin, or sometimes, injecting into scar tissue. A needle that's too long could also be the problem if you hit the muscle layer under the skin.

There could be other reasons, but properly made tirzepatide shouldn't be causing stinging.
