Hi everyone! Started my journey in late 2024. I'm about 5'2".

Started at: 225lbs

Now: 150lbs (One year later)

Original Goal: ~~150lbs~~ 135lbs

Went from a size 18 to a size 6.

I'm so happy! My snoring stopped. No more sleep apnea. My partner's sleeping better. My joints feel great. Flying is so much easier. Finding clothes is actually fun now. My feet aren't constantly swollen. The constant food cravings are GONE. I feel so much more confident. Everyone tells me how good I look. I haven't been this thin since I was a teenager. I finally feel like I'm in control of my body instead of my body controlling me.

I've been lucky with side effects. I was nervous about posting this because I'm still a little embarrassed about using meds, but seeing everyone else's stories gave me the courage to keep going. I hope I can inspire someone else!

It's so strange, right? My first goal was just to break 200. I passed that so fast. Then I wanted to get to around 170, which seemed like a good weight for me. I'm 5'9", so that's healthy. I blew past that, too. I think the chart said I should be around 155 or so. My body seems to have settled around 150, and I'm okay with that. I can still build muscle and be in a good place. It's weird how your brain works when you go past your goals. Congrats!

Yep! I did the same thing. I'm 5'3". Started around 280. My first "goal" was under 200. Then under 175. Then 150. Now I'm bouncing around 155-160 after moving, but I'm working my way down to 140. You're looking fab!!! Congrats on doing so well!!

This is so relatable! I started at 237 and now I'm at 169. I was a size 18, and I just bought a size 10. My next goal is 140! MrsFit you look amazing in your photos!

Sometimes I don't see any difference in my progress pics, but seeing other people lose a similar amount of weight and seeing their differences is so reassuring! Keep going! <3

Congrats on your amazing accomplishment! I hope you've made the lifestyle changes you need to keep it up, or that you're working towards that. You look great!

Amazing transformation! You look amazing and years younger! You're definitely inspiring someone today!

My goal weight is about clothing size. I've started lifting weights, so that's changed my body too. Now, as long as I stay within a certain clothing size, I'm happy. My weight fluctuates, depending on hormones and water retention after working out.

I saw someone else mention they had a 'jawline reveal' after losing about 90 pounds! It's so cool to see the changes. Congrats to everyone making progress!

Just wanted to add that a high-fiber, high-protein diet is a HUGE part of curbing those sugar cravings. Keep up the excellent work, everyone!
