Any peptide that actually helps shift workers sleep?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
I work rotating shifts, jumping between days and nights all the time, and my sleep is the thing that suffers. My current routine: magnesium glycinate every day, an antihistamine now and then when I need to stay asleep, and melatonin when I flip from nights back to days so my body adapts to the new rhythm. Usually I get just barely enough rest, but I'd like better quality, not just hours. I've been wondering whether any peptides actually help with sleep. Has anyone tried some, and did they make a difference? I'm especially curious to hear from other shift workers whose schedule keeps changing, since a plan that works for a steady sleeper may not hold up when the clock keeps moving. What did you take, at what dose, and how long until you noticed something?

Chronic insomnia has been with me for years, though never from shifts. Which regular meds do you take? Check how they affect sleep or ask your dr. I had my SSRIs at night once and my insomnia got worse, and my dr had me move them to the morning. Blackout curtains are your best friend, plus a bluetooth light that slowly brightens like a sunrise and goes off on its own at your wake time. I'm on benzos for sleep, weaning off over the past 5 months, which isn't ideal, but for ages they were the only thing that got me under. I haven't tried peptides for sleep since I'm scared of a benzo interaction, though glutathione pinned just before sleep gives me way more energy in the morning.
