I'd steer clear of anything that requires a fee upfront just to see available services. A friend of mine got burned by something similar. It's better to stick with reputable providers, even if it means paying a bit more. I've heard good things about some online clinics, offering sema for a reasonable price. Always do your research and read reviews before committing.
