Anyone dealt with XYZ Pharma?

The main risk might be drawing scrutiny from regulators who must justify their existence by identifying an infraction.
 
Sadly, that was only the cost of the medication. Seems I got ripped off. I'd be interested in finding it somewhere for $100, if there's data to back that up.
 
I spoke with a doctor last year (I won't name them) who gave me a quote of $300 monthly for a certain medication from a national pharmacy. I told the doctor I get it for $140 going directly thru them. The doctor seemed embarrassed and upset that patients can get medications directly with a prescription at the base price, with almost no markup.

It seems there are many doctors with a business model where they mark up prescription prices considerably.
 
This markup seems insane, but if a telemedicine provider only charges $100 twice a year for appointments, it's not unreasonable to generate some revenue from the actual medications.
 
I ordered a few things from them last week, but haven’t gotten them yet. They stopped carrying some medications because the FDA is cracking down on what they can sell with their license. All kinds of regulatory issues. The customer service person who took my payment even asked me to sign a petition for broader medication access. She seemed unsure about which items weren't in stock anymore. They also don't give out prices until you have a prescription. So, after you get the script, you can figure out if they still sell it, and for how much. Your doctor has to register for a provider portal to enter the prescription.
 
I had problems recently refilling a prescription. The compounding pharmacy my provider uses won't ship to my state anymore. Luckily they have one other they can use. It's annoying when you're trying to do things the right way but have to jump through hoops.
 
I just read an article about the chaos with certain medications being available at compounding pharmacies. It says,

I feel this. It's a real hit to the bank account, but it's worth it to me knowing the product is legit.
