Been using rybelsus for about two years now and it worked absolute miracles at first. Gradually worked up to the max dose and lost a solid chunk of weight. More movement, better food choices, and above all, cravings just disappeared. Some unexpected upsides too, less inflammation, no longer needing my usual allergy medication, and last summer barely sweated at all thanks to lower body temperature, when before excessive sweating was normal. Now, keeping weight off keeps getting harder. Appetite's returned, sweet cravings are back, body temperature's climbed again, this summer heat's been way harder to handle even while still notably lighter than before, and allergies flare occasionally requiring medication again after going completely without for over a year. My body's clearly adapting and I'm slipping backward, which I hate. Don't want the constant food thinking returning, and genuinely loved the lower body temperature and skipping allergy pills. Anyone else dealt with this?
