Anyone else INSATIABLE on Tesa/Ipa?

I ran Ipamorelin/CJC for a couple of months and I could not stop eating! Didn't bother me, though, since I wasn't trying to cut weight. I just figured my body needed more calories for recovery.

Should be expected, tbh. GHRH and ghrelin work together to boost growth hormone. Ghrelin is a hunger hormone. Same with GHRPs.

Yeah, I get a little hungrier than usual. I also use GHRP-2 sometimes. It's similar to ipamorelin, but stronger. GHRP-2 makes me SO hungry. And food tastes amazing! I'm at my goal weight, so I'll occasionally take it and just go pig out at a buffet lol. Last time, I overdid it. Couldn't stop eating for like 3-4 hours. But Tessa/Ipa is great post-workout. I've noticed some strength and muscle gains. When I'm not using it, I can actually lower my Tirz dose.

That's weird. I'm hungry, but I get full fast. Like, a few bites and I'm stuffed, but then I'm hungry again soon after. Not a huge fan.

And remember, they work best on an empty stomach (at least 2-3 hours after eating, because insulin reduces how well they work).

How hungry does Ipamorelin make you compared to GHRP-2? I'm getting kinda hungry on GHRP-2, and I was thinking about switching to Ipa to see if that helps. I read that Ipa is supposed to cause less hunger, in theory.

I'm taking Retatrutyd for weight loss, and every two days after lifting weights, I take 300 mcg of Ipamorelin and 1 mg of Tesamorelin at night, and I get pretty hungry. But the good thing about Retatrutyd is that even though I feel hungry, I get full pretty quickly.

Yep, I'm also on reta and noticing the same thing! The GHRP-2 makes me hungry, but I get full pretty fast once I start eating. I was hoping that switching from GHRP-2 to Ipa/Tesa would reduce the initial hunger pangs.

I've read that Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin are milder than GHRP2. I haven't tried GHRP2, so I can't compare them directly.

For me, GHRP-2 is maybe 5-10x stronger for hunger. I barely notice it with ipa. Tessa doesn't make me hungry at all, but it raises my pulse by like 5-10 bpm. GHRP-2 is the second strongest GHRP. Hexarelin is the strongest. Ipmorelin is the mildest. Tessa isn't a GHRP; it's a GHRH. It works well with any of the GHRPs.

When using any growth hormone secretagogues, remember that any rapid weight gain is almost always water weight. I do 5 days on, 2 days off. After the two days off, I'll sometimes pee out like 6-8 pounds of water, sometimes even hitting a new low weight. I almost bumped up my Tirz dose before I realized what was happening!

Exactly, that '5 on, 2 off' routine can also help avoid carpal tunnel while on tesa, HGH, etc.

Bro science alert: Herbal diuretics like dandelion root might help to prevent carpal tunnel and other water retention issues at higher doses.

Taurine and electrolytes are also worth looking into. Taurine has helped me with steroid-related muscle cramps.

Thanks for the info! I've noticed the muscle gain and the hunger with GHRP-2. I'll give Ipa/Tesa a try next to see if I can get the gains without all the hunger.

I wasn't getting much at 2mg Tesa every night and .25mg Ipa twice a day. But I'm also taking 2mg Retatrutide every other day, and it really keeps my appetite under control. When I go from cutting to bulking, I'll drop my Reta to a lower dose and hope to get a little more hunger from the Ipa/Tesa.
