Anyone else just...cold all the time?

Has anyone else been getting super chilly? I've been about a month and a half on the injections. Somewhere around 2.5mg every few days because my stomach is sensitive. I've lost about 17 pounds, which is awesome, but I'm freezing! I'm sitting here with a space heater cranked up, and it's 72 in here. I'm thinking I need to buy myself an electric blanket or something.

Totally! I used to sweat all the time and kept my office around 70. Now I'm happy with 80. I've also noticed I don't sweat as much when I'm working outside, which is weird because it's super humid here.

That's an interesting side effect. I'm kind of enjoying it. I had a hysterectomy in my 30s, and I was always having hot flashes. Now I'm keeping my AC around 72 instead of 66, and I feel okay. We were having 90-degree days here in Atlanta just a few weeks ago. I'm half Scandinavian, so I like the cold. Although, I have noticed it's starting to fade a little. I'm about 10 weeks in. We'll see what happens when winter comes.

Has anyone tried any other peptide alongside these meds to help counteract the coldness? I'm only a month into semaglutide and haven't gotten the chills yet, but I usually get cold easily in the winter. I'm wondering if it would help with heat.

I did a few weeks of one peptide and another before exercise, and it didn't really help with the cold. It does get better at night, probably because of digestion.

We had a slight cold snap here, and I was freezing too. I wanted to stay in bed all day under the covers. That's not normal for me. It was 53 degrees, and I was wearing a sweater and still wanted a jacket.

I started the injections in August and went from keeping my AC at 64F to being cold at 71F. I've saved money on electricity. But I'm afraid it'll cost me more in the winter. I usually only turn on the heat if it gets below 50F in the house.
