Anyone else just...cold all the time?

I’m freezing all the time now. No idea if it’s the compound or the weight loss.
I've been wondering about the weight loss aspect too. I'm definitely smaller than I was, so maybe I just have less insulation!

I'm only a couple of weeks in, and the exhaustion is hitting me hard. I'm on a low dose too. Anyone else?
Yeah the fatigue was pretty bad the first month or two. It does get better though! Possibly just your body getting used to running on less 'fuel'.

Make sure you're eating enough, everyone. Rapid weight loss can cause fatigue. Use an online calculator to figure out your TDEE and make sure you're not eating too far below that.

My semaglutide sat at 2.5 for ages. When I think tolerance kicks in, suddenly the next day hits like week one. Bodies do strange things.

Patch test any cream on a hidden spot first before putting it on your face. Mine's probably not pharma quality but honestly most animal meds come from the same suppliers anyway. Fish medications just don't get the attention.

You look fantastic either way! Just so you know - every time I dropped weight, I seemed to get pregnant right after. Three girls later, ha. But yeah, the confidence boost is real, plus feeling stronger overall. Your partner probably noticed the difference too. Best of luck with it!

Not sure what's causing it for me either. Keep my place warm but still have that persistent numb feeling, especially in my foot. Can't walk quite right yet. Might be something else going on.

This is such a thoughtful take. I appreciate people like you pushing back on that 'just put your fork down' nonsense. Our bodies are all different and respond differently to things. I hate seeing comments that basically say 'well it worked for me so you're doing it wrong.' That mindset is pretty harmful honestly. Before GLP-1 I straight up couldn't feel full no matter what I tried. I wish the solution was just willpower.

Feeling cold on GLP-1 is a common effect - it shows up at different dose thresholds. As calorie intake drops and metabolism adjusts, the thermostat follows. Most see it settle over time.
