I've actually gone below my goal weight, so I skipped my dose this week so I could eat normally. It’s hard to eat healthy when I'm working and studying, and sema helped with the 'hangry' feeling, but now I need to feel hunger to be healthy, if that makes sense. Protein shakes and bars have helped with my schedule and the sema, but man, I could really go for a burger and want to be hungry enough to enjoy it, lol.
Edit: I started sema again to rebalance my gut/diet and reduce alcohol cravings. I started dry January and might just keep it going. I lost weight mainly from cutting sugar, dairy, and booze.
I will be on vacation in March and can't wait to enjoy a margarita without heartburn or other side effects!
