Hit a healthy weight a year ago, came off for about a month and put on 5 pounds, panicked, and went right back on. Wish I hadn't. Even a few months back I was thinking about staying on this indefinitely since it helped so much with swelling throughout my body. Hard to imagine how much worse it could've gotten if I hadn't stepped away and finally noticed all those small warning signs. So just passing along, less time on this stuff tends to be better overall. Expect to gain some back, but as long as you've built real exercise habits and solid eating patterns by then, it'll either hold steady or keep coming off. Coming off is tough, but it's worth doing.
