Anyone still using TCI?

For those having trouble with ED symptoms, have you considered Tadalafil? I've heard good things. Start with a low dose and see how it goes. Something like 5mg twice a day to start.

That's great advice! My husband had side effects like stuffy nose and back pain from another medication. So i am looking into Tadalafil.

Will back this for anyone reading. Side effects were rough even slow didn't go easy. Can't imagine jumping to high dose without that approach. Understand how fast dosing lands some folks in the hospital.

A small fraction of people manage to keep weight off long-term via diet. Stats are brutal though - most folks bounce back and gain even more. My whole life I tried eating real food I prepared and working out, but my body just held onto the weight. Been fighting this for decades. These meds finally gave me something that works. Not even eating less really - maybe my stomach empties slower. Whatever it is, it helps.

Pens definitely hurt less than syringes and yeah they last ages if you take care of them. The cost difference is worth it to me just for convenience and comfort.

TCI went quiet in late 2024 - the endotoxin issue with their T30 batch was the last significant mention, and they haven't resurfaced in the regular vendor discussion since. Most people who used them have moved to alternatives with more consistent US-based testing records.
