Anyone used that one store?

I ordered T30 and it was packaged similarly. Are you planning to ask for a batch number to get it tested?

Batch numbers don't really mean anything unless the supplier is using them as part of a guarantee for purity.

I never posted an update, but the boxes had different colored caps and a 2-digit code on top. They have certificates that match those batch numbers. They refer to batches by those last two numbers.

I think I ordered from them last Wednesday night. I received a shipping label like 20 minutes later, and the klow arrived on Friday. The customer service rep told me (politely) that in the future, they will only be taking orders via their messaging app.

I wish they had a forum or something, because the lack of recent or long-term customers discussing things makes me a little nervous.

I can't comment on the quality of the klow yet; it seems about like I'd expect, but I'll know more when my filtering stuff and syringes arrive so I can reconsitute it and try it out. I chose them because they take digital payments, nobody said they sold garbage, and after reading their reviews, a decent chunk seemed legit. So, we'll see!

They have a channel on that messaging app, and you get an invite to it after a couple of orders. I've ordered 4 times – Reta, GLOW, KPV, and water. I haven't seen anyone who wasn't happy dealing with them. I suggest joining the app. Be patient, it might take a few orders.

I've ordered from them, and the communication and shipping have been great. Their prices are a little higher, especially from the US warehouse, but I liked that I could use Venmo.

Has anyone ordered from them? I saw some stuff about them on a subreddit, but haven't seen much here. Their prices are alright and they are located stateside. They seem like they might be kind of new to the supplier list here, which could be why they aren't talked about as much. Thanks for the help.

I used them, and have already reconstituted two vials. So far so good. I also went with them because of the payment options, a US warehouse and good feedback on delivery times. Even with the higher price, it's still less than the $500 a month I was paying for compounded stuff.

I'm curious about what you wrote about batch numbers. Did you mean they are meaningless so we should get independent testing, or that even with testing it's still a crapshoot and we have to pick our own risk tolerance? Thanks

If a supplier guarantees that "Batch # 12345" will contain a minimum of 99.0% purity and -5%/+10% of specified mass, and testing comes back at 98% purity and/or -8% mass, and they honor that guarantee with a refund or replacement, then the batch number means something. If not, it just means the printer hasn't run out of those labels yet.

I've been looking at them and I know businesses sometimes rebrand. Did they used to be called Amino Fitness? I noticed the certificate for something I'm interested in had that name on it instead. They're also using several different companies for testing, is this normal??

The conflicting names and testing sources are concerning to me.

above they're one in the same
I haven't been able to confirm this, though. Can anyone else help?

Personally, the reviews seem too mixed to me to risk it right now. But I'm new to this, so maybe I'm more cautious than some.
