Appetite back on higher dose?

Pretty sure the clinical trials used weekly dosing. Unless you have a specific response to higher amounts I don't see the point in changing it up.

That's rough especially without the appetite benefits. I'd be cautious about bumping the dose higher when feeling off like that.

CagriSema's amylin component is worth considering if GLP-1 alone isn't holding appetite the way you need. That said, appetite returning in the first 4-6 weeks after a dose increase is normal settling - not a sign the drug stopped working. Dose bump first is the lower-risk test before switching compound.

The appetite return at a higher dose is a titration effect for some people - the body adjusts to the new level before the full suppression kicks in. Usually settles within 2-4 weeks at the new dose.

Appetite returning when stepping up is the receptor adaptation lag - the new level takes 2-3 weeks to establish the suppression floor the previous dose had. Most people find it settles on its own if they hold the dose rather than escalating again.

Appetite returning at a new dose is usually a two-to-three week recalibration rather than a ceiling - the body adjusts to the higher level and suppression typically restores. The other medication interaction point is worth raising with a doctor if it continues, since the max dose on some of these has headroom beyond where most people sit.
