Are than any people that don't get miserable on Semaglutide?

Haven't kicked things off yet, but the first sema dose lands this week. Scrolling through, way more accounts describe feeling sick and drained, basically miserable overall, compared to people describing an easy ride, and honestly that's got me nervous before even injecting once. Really don't want nausea and exhaustion stealing the energy needed for things I genuinely enjoy. Wouldn't feel worth it if that turned out to be my reality. Also second-guessing picking sema over tirz now, since plenty of comments claim tirz brings fewer complications and goes down easier. Would genuinely appreciate hearing from anyone whose sema experience went smoothly, because after reading through this community I nearly talked myself out of starting altogether.

Wouldn't recommend sticking it out honestly. Spent three months on semaglutide feeling awful nearly every day. Switched over to tirzepatide and the difference was night and day. Might just be a matter of needing a higher dose in your case.

Find that semaglutide nauseates me almost instantly, Mounjaro doesn't do that to me at all. Appetite suppression's also noticeably stronger on Mounjaro for me.

Just wanted to say sema didn't agree with me either. Worked my way up to 1mg and basically felt awful the entire time.

Switched over to tirzepatide, now on month three, and it's a completely different experience. Practically no side effects to speak of. Costs more, sure, but absolutely worth every penny.

Doesn't seem abnormal at all honestly. Somewhere between 40 and 80 percent report side effects, though not constantly and varying in intensity. Meaning plenty of people go most of the time without issue. Personally didn't experience anything unpleasant until several months into treatment.
